Our mission is to empower young people ages 16-24 in Jackson and Josephine Counties with the skills, experience, and confidence needed to succeed in today’s workforce. Through hands-on training, career exploration, mentorship, and paid work experiences, we connect youth with meaningful opportunities that prepare them for sustainable careers and a thriving future in the Rogue Valley.
Rogue Workforce Partnership is dedicated to strengthening Southern Oregon’s workforce by connecting businesses with skilled talent and providing career development opportunities for job seekers. As a leader in regional workforce initiatives, we collaborate with local employers, educators, and community organizations to ensure the workforce meets the evolving needs of the economy. Southern Oregon Youth Works is one of our key programs, designed to support young individuals as they enter into the workforce and navigate their career journeys.
