Southern Oregon Youth Works empowers young people ages 16-24 in Jackson and Josephine Counties to build their skills, gain real-world experience, and launch their careers. As a regional workforce development initiative, we partner with local businesses, educators, and workforce professionals to create pathways to employment and career success. Through career coaching, paid work experiences, and hands-on training opportunities, we connect youth with the tools and resources they need to thrive.
